Christina Haack is a Californian born girl. She was born on July 9th of 1983. Her first job was in the field of real estate following her graduation from college. It was through this that she met her spouse Tarek El Moussa. Following the 2008 collapse of the stock exchange, the real estate market was hit hard by investors as well as house flippers lost their money. Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa nearly bankrupted by the market crash in the year 2008. Following their move from a home that was costing them $6,000 a year to a place that was $700, they nearly lost all their possessions. Their business, and the economy at large, slowly recovered. HGTV and Rise to Fame In 2011 Tarek asked a friend to assist him in creating an HGTV audition tape, which featured him and Christina flipping a house from start to finish. Pie Town Productions, a production company in New York City, was the first to receive the tape. They were in love with Tarek as well as Christina. The couple in 2012 reached a deal with HGTV. Then, in April of 2013, "Flip of Flop" began its debut. Between 2013 and 2017, the series ran 92 episodes. The show starred Christina and Tarek buying properties located in Orange County. They would invest weeks in transforming the homes to be able to sell their properties at a the profit. Tarek takes care of demolition, renovations and design. Christina keeps everything running on schedule.
